A glimpse into what the club gets up to in classes during the year and a sneak peak into the competition routines we're taking to Edinburgh, Dundee, and Manchester in February. Join us in the SSPE hall in Strathclyde Sport, doors open at 17:45 for a 18:00 start. All are welcome so bring everyone and anyone, the more the merrier! Entry is free and there will be collection buckets for any donations.
