We are the Catholic Society on campus at Strathclyde University! Strath Cath is a community for Catholics and those interested in discovering more about the beauty of Catholicism.
We are a group of people from all over the world doing all sorts of degrees, both undergrad and post grad, and during normal times we meet on a Tuesday at 5:30pm in the chaplaincy where we have speakers or a faith related activity. Afterwards, we have some social time allowing for students to meet other like-minded people and chat with one another other with a cup of tea or often we'll go for a drink somewhere!
Daily Mass ( Mon-Fri) is celebrated in the Chaplaincy Centre GH level 2 at 12.10 pm, and Sunday Mass is celebrated in the Chaplaincy Centre at 11am during term time.
Naturally in the current circumstances we’re pretty restricted with what we can do in person, but this semester we will have virtual meetings and activities so everyone can still meet and be together as a strong community of young Catholics.
