This social session will provide an opportunity to meet like-minded people, stretch your legs after work or studies, and take time out for yourself, whilst building some activity into your day.

This relaxed session requires no experience, just a pair of trainers and a sense of humour. Our StrathActive volunteers experienced staff will support you every step of the way.  

Meet at the Strathclyde Sport reception (outside the Sports Union office). 

How can I get involved?
