Half hour shoulder, neck and arms massage therapy (clothed & seated) sessions every Tuesday afternoon
The Disability & Wellbeing Service now offer massages on Tuesday afternoons.
Every Tuesday there are 4 half hour sessions (clothed and seated) with the focus on the houlders, neck and arms.
