This week we are celebrating World Kindness Day! Join our listeners to do acts of kindness around campus and spread positivity to fellow students and staff. We would also love to hear your ideas - ahead of the day please send your suggestions for acts of kindness we can do on our Instagram @strathheartolisten or email strathunion.volunteers@strath.ac.uk.

We will also have volunteers running a regular Hear to Listen session. You're welcome to enjoy a cuppa and have a friendly chat if you’ve got something on your mind or want to find out more about support available on campus. You can find our Listeners wearing bright yellow t-shirts in the Campus Living Room on Level 1 of the Union on Wednesday at 12-2pm.

Our volunteers are committed to providing support within the designated session times but outside of these hours, we encourage you to reach out to other available resources.
