We will not be able to offer refunds.
Once the ball has sold out, please get in touch with our Instagram page, @strathhassgradball2024, and we will help advertise your ticket if you are no longer able to attend. We cannot guarantee the ticket will be sold on but we will do everything we can to help.
The venue is split over two floors without a lift. The bottom floor is fully accessible with an accessible bathroom and access from the street. Please let us know any accessibility needs you have so that we can accommodate accordingly.
Each Strathclyde student will be able to buy a ticket for one other person. All dietary and seating requirement forms must be filled out by both the tickets holder and the plus one.
