If the answer is yes, then you are not alone. Many students report feeling anxious during their time at university. A build-up of stress from pressures such as academic, financial, social, family and the environment as well as big life events or traumatic events can cause anxiety. Whilst most of us will feel anxious from time to time, anxiety can really ramp up and interrupt or upset our way of being, our routines and limit our activities.
Join us in this 4-week open programme as we explore all things anxiety, drawing on some psychological insights and theory and sharing examples from the therapy room that help reduce the suffering associated with Anxiety.
Sessions are designed to be informal and psychoeducational; you can join at any point in the four weeks as the content repeats after week four. Participants are welcome to participate and share or equally, you can join this online resource and keep your camera off with no expectation that you must talk.
