Are you duckies ready for the 2026 FOAMY FEST!!

The yearly club comp for those wanting to compete at the Scottish University Championships in Aberdeen will be run during this trip! It is a fun and easy going competition, a great way to compete for the first time, the club encourages all members regardless of ability to take part in this fun competition. However there is no pressure to join in the competition if you don't want to, with free surf still available to everyone not competing ?

Leaving 5pm on Friday (20th Feb) from Glasgow we will arrive in Machrihanish arround 10pm. 

We'll have a FANTASTIC weekend away in Mach surfing, booging, a bit of yoga and a whole lot of sillyness. 

We'll leave Machrihanish on Sunday at 4pm, getting back to Glasgow around 8:30pm on the 22nd of Feb.  

So if you're ready for one hell of a trip, get yourself signed up!

TOTAL TRIP COST: £60

This ticket is your deposit, the second £30 will be paid in the days before we go :)

 

Important Information:

- To come on the trip you must be able to Swim.

- Wetsuits and all other equipment will be provided. 

- you need to bring something to sleep on, i.e. a camping mat and bag. If you don't have these items please contact the club and we will get them sorted once you've signed up.  

- you must complete the trip google form - should be on our instagram story, if you don't have instagram don't worry just email the club: strathsurf@gmial.com.

- you will get a trip info email in the next couple of days, this will have all the trip details, and link to the whatsapp group!
