Good facilitation ensures that meetings and decision-making processes are inclusive and focussed. If your campaign group struggles to make decisions, often goes off topic, or is prone to conflict, you might need to develop the group’s facilitation and decision-making processes. For example, consensus and consent-based methods are used widely by campaigners to ensure all members are included in decision making processes and ensures quieter, marginalised voices are heard.
